Senior Systems Analyst: (US Fort Mill office)
Provide expert level technical support for applications and systems.
Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. Five years of programming/systems analysis experience with increased skills in multiple technologies, advanced programming techniques and application design.
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and priorities.
Strong Windows experience with Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003/2005/2008. Strong SQL and
Microsoft SQL Server experience. Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Field Service Team: (US Fort Mill office)
Set up customer evaluations, product installations, and support for Spectrum Medical products.
We are seeking a customer focused, technical professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to provide hardware, software, peripheral, and basic network support for our customers.
Busy travel schedule (80%) demands the ability to work independently in the field, perform in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and priorities. Must also possess the ability to interact with clinicians in a hospital setting as well the company based sales and operations team.
Field Clinical Support Team: (US Fort Mill office)
Provide clinical support to customers for all Spectrum Medical products. Work in conjunction with Field Service, Sales and Operations to provide seamless coverage for product evaluations and continued development and support for Spectrum Medical's electronic medical record and related diagnostic devices.
We are seeking customer focused clinicians with a minimum of 5 years hospital experience, perioperative
experience preferred, Perfusionists encouraged. Busy travel schedule demands the ability to work independently, provide weekly reports and updates on customer needs and feedback.
