Sentinel Total Care:
Spectrum Medical’s Sentinel Support agreement covers both the Electronic Medical Record Systems and the Diagnostic Systems.
Electronic Medical Record Systems
- Automated system monitoring of both hardware and network integrity 24 hours a day.
- Accidental damage to hardware: all repairs carried out at no cost to the customer.
- Service loaner provided if repair cannot be accomplished on site.
- VIPER software updates, as needed, to include new device driver software, (provided via media format or by Internet connection) at no cost to the customer.
- A team of support engineers available either by phone or a click of a ‘Get Help’ button.
Diagnostic System Solutions
- Full warranty for the life of the agreement.
- Accidental damage to hardware (monitors and sensors) with all repairs carried out at no cost to the customer.
- Service loaner provided if repair cannot be accomplished on site.
