Spectrum Medical’s Sentinel Support agreement covers both the Electronic Medical Record Systems and the Diagnostic Systems.

Electronic Medical Record Systems

  • Automated system monitoring of both hardware and network integrity 24 hours a day.
  • Accidental damage to hardware: all repairs carried out at no cost to the customer.
  • Service loaner provided if repair cannot be accomplished on site.
  • VIPER software updates, as needed, to include new device driver software, (provided via media format or by Internet connection) at no cost to the customer.
  • A team of support engineers available either by phone or a click of a ‘Get Help’ button.

 Diagnostic System Solutions

  • Full warranty for the life of the agreement.
  • Accidental damage to hardware (monitors and sensors) with all repairs carried out at no cost to the customer.
  • Service loaner provided if repair cannot be accomplished on site.
