National Manager Health Informatics
The National Manager of Health Informatics will leverage Quantum technology to drive clinical transformation. Will lead the strategy, development and implementation of systems and solutions in support of clinical best practice. Will collaborate with leaders across health system on the clinical and administrative decision making to ensure that clinical systems are optimized. Will serve as the strategic liaison for clinical IT efforts representing clinician needs between the health systems and Spectrum Medical’s patient safety department. They will also partake in the efforts of continued research and development internally to continue to develop of our product offerings.
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare field required.
Seven years of clinical experience with healthcare quality and/or patient care. Previous Information Systems, super-user, business intelligence, and utilization of analytics experience preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare business needs. Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple disciplines (i.e. nursing, physicians, leadership). Demonstrated superior service excellence and collaboration skills in working with key clinical leaders and stakeholders. Solid knowledge of relationships and interdependencies between applications and workflow impacting various departments across the system (i.e. Clinical operations, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Quality, etc.).
